A former commissioner with the Lagos State Independent Electoral Commission (LASIEC), Alhaji Musibau Oyefeso, has established a foundation to sponsor the education of out-of-school children.
The launch coincided with his 60th birthday celebration, which included distributing food items to 250 people and offering free medical services to participants.

Alhaji Oyefeso emphasized the importance of addressing the issue of out-of-school children, citing its connection to insecurity and societal problems.

He urged wealthy individuals to use their resources to alleviate poverty and support education.

The event was attended by dignitaries, including monarchs, state government representatives, and community leaders, who commended Alhaji Oyefeso’s initiative.
The foundation aims to provide quality education to every child in the community.
During the celebration, a free medical outreach was conducted, diagnosing over 200 people, mostly elderly individuals, with non-communicable diseases like hypertension and diabetes.
