Olajide Adediran, also known as Jandor, the 2023 Lagos governorship candidate for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has officially returned to the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Jandor made this announcement at a press conference in Ikeja, Lagos, stating that his decision was not driven by personal interests but rather a commitment to the development of Lagos.

“Our return to APC was not for personal purpose but reflection of our commitment to the development of Lagos”, said Jandor

Jandor had previously resigned from the PDP, citing indiscipline among party members, and had been engaged in meetings with various political groups and prominent politicians to determine his next move.

His return to the APC follows a meeting with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in Abuja.
