The Zamfara State House of Assembly has been thrown into mourning following the sudden death of one of its members, Hon. Aminu Ibrahim Kasuwar-Daji, who represented the Kaura Namoda South Constituency.
According to reports, the lawmaker passed away in his sleep in the early hours of Wednesday.
The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Zamfara State has expressed profound grief over his demise. In a statement released by the party’s Publicity Secretary, Yusuf Idris, the APC’s State Working Committee, executives, and members paid tribute to Hon. Kasuwar-Daji, describing him as a committed, honest, and God-fearing leader who served his constituents and humanity with dedication.
The party extended its heartfelt condolences to his immediate family, the people of Kaura Namoda South, and fellow lawmakers, praying for Allah’s mercy upon his soul and strength for his loved ones to bear the loss.
Hon. Aminu Ibrahim Kasuwar-Daji will be buried today in his hometown of Kasuwar-Daji, located in Kaura Namoda Local Government Area.
