Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko met with Guinea-Bissau President Umaro Sissoco Embaló at the Palace of Independence in Minsk to discuss enhancing bilateral cooperation and strengthening partnerships, with a focus on mutually beneficial projects in key sectors of the economy.
The meeting follows Embaló’s working visit to Belarus, which began on May 6, during which he will tour several enterprises to explore Belarus’ capabilities across various industries.
The two leaders had previously discussed the visit’s agenda during a phone call in March, touching on pressing issues of bilateral cooperation.
Lukashenko expressed Belarus’ readiness for comprehensive cooperation with Guinea-Bissau, highlighting the potential for growth and development in their relationship.
