President Bola Tinubu is set to visit Anambra State on Thursday, May 08.
The President’s visit to the state will be his second visit to the South-East this year.
According to a statement by the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Public Engagement, Fredrick Nwabufo, during the visit, Tinubu will be inaugurating some projects done by the administration of Governor Chukwuma Soludo.
The statement reads: “President Tinubu will visit Anambra State tomorrow, May 8.
“It will be the President’s second visit to the South-East this year. In January, he visited Enugu, his first port of call in the year.
“The President visited Katsina last week, where he made bold and decisive declarations against banditry and terrorism.
“In Anambra, he will be inaugurating some projects done by the administration of Governor Chukwuma Soludo.
“The significance of the visit is strengthening the national bond and fostering unity as the President for all Nigerians.”
