President Bola Tinubu has congratulated three outstanding Nigerian students — Nafisa Abdullahi Aminu, Rukayya Muhammad Fema, and Hadiza Kashim Kalli for emerging world champions at the 2025 TeenEagle Global competition in London, United Kingdom.

Seventeen-year-old Nafisa clinched the overall best award in English language communication skills, while 15-year-old Rukayya emerged as the top performer in debate. Hadiza was honoured with the gold medal for outstanding talent.

In a statement released on Tuesday, President Tinubu described their achievements as a source of immense national pride, praising the students for showcasing excellence and discipline on the global stage. He said their success is proof of Nigeria’s bright future, anchored by a new generation of exceptional youth.
The President also commended the schools and teachers who played a role in shaping the girls’ talents, describing their success as a reflection of the strength and potential of Nigeria’s educational system.

He reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to investing in education, highlighting the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND) as a step towards removing financial barriers for students from low-income families.
President Tinubu encouraged Nafisa, Rukayya, and Hadiza to remain focused in their academic pursuits and wished them continued success in future endeavours.
