President Bola Tinubu has approved the constitution of the Nigerian side of the US-Nigeria Joint Working Group to deepen collaboration on security challenges.
The meeting comes after President Donald Trump raised concerns over Christian genocide in Nigeria, threatening US military intervention.
The Nigerian government has refuted these claims, emphasizing its commitment to religious freedom and tolerance.
