President Bola Tinubu is set to present the 2026 budget to a joint session of the National Assembly at 2 p.m. today, following his letter to the Senate seeking confirmation for the presentation.

The budget proposal comes after Tinubu’s ₦49.7tn 2025 budget, which focused on economic renewal, defence, security, infrastructure, health, and education.
