Justice Emeka Nwite of the Federal High Court in Abuja has granted bail to former Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, and two other defendants in the sum of ₦500 million each.

The court ordered that each defendant must provide two sureties with landed property located in Asokoro, Maitama or Gwarinpa districts of Abuja.
