The Royal Moroccan Football Federation has announced a special gala to bid farewell to former head coach Walid Regragui officially.
The event aims to celebrate Regragui’s outstanding contributions to the Morocco national team, the Atlas Lions.
During his tenure, Regragui led Morocco to a historic semi-final finish at the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar, making the nation the first African and Arab country to reach that stage.
The gala will honour his achievements and lasting impact on Moroccan football, before the federation introduces Mohamed Ouahbi as the new head coach as preparations for upcoming international competitions begin.
