President Bola Tinubu has congratulated Nigerian billionaire industrialist Aliko Dangote on his birthday, commending his contributions to Nigeria’s and Africa’s economic development.

In a statement issued on Friday by his Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, the President described Dangote as a leading figure in African enterprise whose investments have transformed key sectors of the economy.

Tinubu highlighted Dangote’s major industrial projects, including the Dangote Refinery, petrochemical operations, and cement production facilities across Africa, noting that they have created jobs and supported infrastructure growth.
He praised the businessman’s entrepreneurial vision, resilience, and innovation, saying they have helped position Nigeria as a hub for large-scale industrial production.

The President also commended Dangote’s philanthropic efforts through the Dangote Foundation, saying it has made significant impact in health, education, and poverty alleviation.
Tinubu further wished the industrialist continued good health, wisdom, and greater accomplishments in service to Nigeria, Africa, and humanity.
