Victor Osimhen scored twice as Galatasaray clinched a record 26th Turkish Super Lig title with a dramatic 4-2 comeback victory over Antalyaspor at RAMS Park on Saturday.
The win secured Galatasaray’s fourth consecutive league title, matching the club’s historic run between 1996 and 2000.
Galatasaray entered the match knowing a positive result would confirm them as champions, but Antalyaspor threatened to spoil the celebrations after Soner Dikmen gave the visitors the lead just before half-time.

Mario Lemina restored parity for the hosts in the 56th minute, but Dikmen struck again six minutes later to put Antalyaspor back in front and increase the tension inside the stadium.
Osimhen, however, inspired the comeback for the Istanbul giants. The Nigerian striker converted a penalty in the 66th minute after winning the spot-kick himself to level the score at 2-2.
He then sealed the turnaround in the 88th minute with his second goal of the night before substitute Kaan Ayhan added a late fourth goal in stoppage time to confirm the victory.

The title triumph adds another major achievement to Osimhen’s growing career honours, which already include a Serie A title, the FIFA U-17 World Cup, the Africa U-23 Cup of Nations, and last season’s Turkish domestic double.
Galatasaray finished the season ahead of rivals Fenerbahce to further extend their record as the most successful club in Turkish football history.
Celebrations erupted across Istanbul after the final whistle, with thousands of supporters expected to take part in title festivities following another successful campaign for the club.
