Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde has formally declared his intention to run for president in the 2027 election.
Makinde made the announcement on Thursday at a joint mega-rally of the Peoples Democratic Party and the Allied Peoples Movement in Ibadan.
He said it was time to reset Nigeria, marking his formal entry into the presidential race.
