African Democratic Congress presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar has dragged President Bola Tinubu to court over allegations that Tinubu’s National Youth Service Corps discharge certificate is forged.
In the suit filed on Friday, August 14, 2026 at the Federal High Court in Abuja, Atiku is asking the court to disqualify Tinubu from contesting the 2027 presidential election.
