The Office of the National Security Adviser (ONSA) says its strategic engagement with the United States has resulted in the delivery of critical equipment to the Nigerian Air Force.
The equipment, transported to Nigeria aboard a US Air Force C-17 aircraft, was supplied under a Foreign Military Sales agreement.
The delivery is expected to strengthen Nigeria’s ongoing counter-terrorism efforts and improve its capacity to respond to security threats across the region.
ONSA said the development highlights the importance of sustained international cooperation in enhancing Nigeria’s ability to tackle emerging security challenges.
