CAF has appointed former Nigeria Football Federation 2nd Vice President, Shehu Dikko, as the Match Commissioner for Sunday’s second leg CAF Confederation Cup final between Zamalek (Egypt) and RS Berkane (Morocco).

RS Berkane of Morocco won the first leg against the Egyptian club 2-1 in the first leg. Zamalek hosts the Moroccan side in the second leg on Sunday, May 19th, 2024 at the Cairo International Stadium in Egypt.

Dikko brings a wealth of experience to this role, having previously served as the Match Commissioner for high-profile games. Notably, in 2018, he oversaw the CAF Champions League final between Esperance and Al Ahly, demonstrating his capability in managing critical fixtures.
The center referee for the match is Issa Sy who will be assisted by fellow countrymen, Djibril Camara, Nouha Bangoura and Somalia’s Omar Abdulkadir as the fourth official.
