Kenya’s President William Ruto is set to address the nation at 1300 GMT on Friday, as announced by his spokesperson on X (formerly Twitter).

This comes after Ruto dismissed all his ministers last week, except for the Prime Cabinet Secretary, the Foreign Affairs Minister, and the Deputy President.
