Two Chinese expatriates, identified as Chen Wenguang and Liang Ding, have been abducted by gunmen in the Kemta/Abule-Owu area along Onigbedu Road in Ogun State.

The incident occurred at approximately 1:45 PM on August 11, 2024, shortly after the victims left Good One Carton Company to visit friends.

Following the abduction, the kidnappers contacted the company, demanding a ransom for the safe release of the victims.

In response, police operatives and other security forces conducted an extensive search in the Kemta forest but were unable to locate them.

The police are continuing their investigation, with efforts underway to apprehend the kidnappers and rescue the victims unharmed.
