Nottingham Forest and Super Eagles forward, Taiwo Awoniyi, is pleased to announce his foundation’s support for the Kwara Kiddies League.
Through the Taiwo Awoniyi Foundation, he will provide jerseys to all participating teams in the league, emphasizing his commitment to youth football development.
As a Dettol ambassador, Awoniyi has also secured additional support from the hygiene brand, which will offer essential gifts to young athletes, promoting health and hygiene alongside sports development.
The jersey presentation ceremony is scheduled for Saturday, September 28, at the Kwara Football Academy. Awoniyi will also unveil the “Wyscout Camera” initiative, aimed at showcasing the skills of Kwara Kiddies League players to a global audience.
In a further effort to support the well-being of the young footballers, the foundation will introduce a meal program to provide nutritious meals to each player during the league.
Earlier in June, Awoniyi signed a three-year partnership with the league organizers to nurture and develop young football talents in Kwara, helping them realize their dreams of playing professional football at the highest level.
