World record holder, Tobi Amusan has shared the first glimpse of her highly anticipated documentary, Homecoming: The Tobi Amusan Story, with a gripping trailer on Instagram.

The 100m hurdles champion opens up about her journey to the pinnacle of world athletics, including the personal battles that nearly derailed her career.
In the trailer, Amusan emotionally looks at her rise to fame, highlighting her struggle to clear her name after a doping scandal threatened her career.

The documentary offers an in-depth portrayal of her career-defining moments, including her historic world-record run at the 2022 World Athletics Championships and her legal battle with the Athletics Integrity Unit (AIU) over missed doping tests in 2023. Amusan was cleared in June 2024 after the Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS) dismissed the charges.
While the release date for the film has not been announced, fans can expect an unfiltered look into the highs and lows of her remarkable journey, culminating in her determination to secure a medal at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris after missing out in Rio 2016 and Tokyo 2020.
