The Nigeria Football Federation has announced a new venue for the first friendly match between the Super Falcons and their Algerian counterparts.

In an official mail inviting journalists to the upcoming friendlies, the football body stated that the second match will be held at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena in Lagos.
The notice reads:
“This is a respectful call to Editors/Managers of the nation’s sporting media to submit requests for media accreditation for the International Friendly Match between the Super Falcons of Nigeria and the Fennecs of Algeria.

The match is scheduled to take place at the Remo Stars Sports Complex in Ikenne, Ogun State, on Saturday, 26th October 2024, kicking off at 4 PM. (The second match between both countries will be held at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena in Lagos on Tuesday, 29th October 2024.)

Please note that this call for accreditation is specifically for the first match in Ikenne. Separate accreditation will be required for the second match in Lagos.
