IBM to Exit Nigeria, Ghana, and Other African Markets

American multinational technology company, International Business Machines (IBM) Corporation, has announced plans to transfer its regional operations in Nigeria, Ghana, and other key African markets to MIBB, a subsidiary of Midis Group, effective April 1, 2025.

Under the new operating model, MIBB will take over IBM’s operations, customer support, and local relationships in 36 African countries, marketing and selling IBM’s products and services.
