Herdsmen Kill at Least 17 in Nigeria’s Benue State

At least 17 people have been killed in attacks by suspected cattle herders on communities in central Nigeria’s Benue State.

The attacks occurred in two separate areas, with 12 people killed in Logo local council area and five farmers shot dead in Gbagir, Benue’s Ukum Local Government Area.
