A Federal High Court in Abuja has ordered the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to release socialite Aisha Achimugu within 24 hours.
Justice Inyang Ekwo also directed both parties to report back to court on May 2 regarding the outcome.
Achimugu was arrested by the EFCC over allegations of money laundering and other offenses.
She had previously been released on administrative bail, but the EFCC declared her wanted after alleging she jumped bail.
