Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, on Friday returned to the state, arriving at the Port Harcourt International Airport, Omagwa, just two days after President Bola Tinubu lifted the state of emergency and ordered his reinstatement.

The governor’s aircraft touched down at exactly 11:50 a.m. and was received by a large crowd of political allies, loyalists, and supporters.
