An advance team of Abia State Governor, Dr. Alex Chioma Otti, was attacked by unidentified gunmen near Sam Mbakwe Cargo Airport in Imo State early Tuesday.

The three-member team was traveling to the airport when the incident occurred, but fortunately, no one was injured, and they escaped unharmed.
