Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, has made key appointments to strengthen his administration, naming Sunny Ewule as his new Chief of Staff and Dagogo Wokoma as the new Secretary to the State Government.
The appointments, effective immediately, are part of efforts to stabilize the state’s political climate following a recent crisis.
Ewule, a close ally of Governor Fubara, is expected to play a crucial role in shaping the state’s governance.
Wokoma, who previously held the SSG position under former Governor Nyesom Wike, brings experience and expertise to the role.
The new appointees will be sworn in at 2 pm today at the Executive Council Chamber, Government House, Port Harcourt.
This move is seen as a step towards consolidating the recent peace accord in Rivers State, promoting inclusiveness and administrative cohesion.
