The Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Lateef Fagbemi, is leading the prosecution, while the Director-General of the Legal Aid Council, Aliyu Abubakar, is heading the defence team representing the defendants.

The trial, which is being conducted across multiple courtrooms, is expected to run for four days.

Several judges are presiding over the cases, including Justices Binta Nyako, Emeka Nwite, Musa Liman, James Omotosho, Obiora Egwuatu, and Ekerete Akpan, among others.

No fewer than 58 suspected terrorists are scheduled to appear before Justice Emeka Nwite alone on Monday as part of the proceedings.
