Nigeria’s President, Bola Tinubu and his entourage have arrived back in Nigeria from Europe, as confirmed by a statement from the Presidency.
The Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, shared the news on his official handle, extending a warm welcome to the President upon his return.

President Tinubu’s journey commenced with a meeting with the Dutch Prime Minister, Mark Rutte, over two weeks ago, followed by a trip to Saudi Arabia to participate in a special World Economic Forum (WEF). Subsequently, he traveled to various European destinations after concluding his engagements at the WEF summit.
Earlier in April, President Tinubu embarked on an official visit to the Kingdom of The Netherlands at the invitation of Prime Minister Mark Rutte. Following his activities in The Netherlands, he proceeded to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to attend a special WEF meeting from April 28th to 29th 2024.

His prolonged absence from the country since the conclusion of the forum in Saudi Arabia has led to speculation about his whereabouts. However, his return puts an end to such speculations.
