Following the recent promotion by the Police Service Commission (PSC), based on the recommendation of the Inspector General of Police, Kayode Adeolu Egbetokun, fifty two fifty two Police Inspectors in Kebbi State Command have been promoted to the rank of Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP II).
The newly promoted ASPs serving in the Command were decorated today Thursday, 15th of August, 2024, by the Commissioner of Police, Kebbi State Command, Bello Sani, in conjunction with his Management Team at the State Headquarters Birnin Kebbi.
The Police boss described their promotion as a thing of great joy with a sense of pride, as it is a remarkable transition in their professional career and called for a commensurate level of discipline and responsibility.
In his speech, one of the newly promoted senior officers who spoke on behalf of others thanked the CP for his kind gesture and fatherly advise to them and also promised to raise the bar high in discharging their responsibilities.
