Nigerian music legend, Innocent Ujah Idibia, popularly known as Tuface or 2Baba, has confirmed his separation from his wife, Annie Macaulay Idibia.
The news was initially shared on his Instagram page, but a subsequent post claimed that his account had been hacked.
However, Tuface has since clarified that the initial post was genuine, stating “Nobody hacked my account, na me talk wetin I talk” (“Nobody hacked my account, I said what I said”). He also went live on Instagram to confirm the separation.
The couple has been married for over two decades and has been facing marital issues.
Tuface’s initial post revealed that they had been separated for a while and had filed for divorce. He also stated that he would be granting a press release soon to share his side of the story.
The separation has been confirmed by the couple’s actions on social media, as they have both unfollowed each other on their respective platforms.
