The Sokoto State Police Command has confirmed the abduction of more than 10 worshippers, including an Imam, during early morning (Subhi) prayers in Bushe, a community in Sabon Birni Local Government Area.

Police spokesperson DSP Ahmed Rufai stated that security forces, including the Nigerian Army, are working to rescue the victims.
