The Kebbi State Government has announced the immediate disengagement of all 21 Local Government Education Secretaries across the state.

The decision was disclosed on Monday by the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Alhaji Yakubu Bala-Tafida, through a statement issued in Birnin Kebbi, the state capital.

According to the SSG, the affected officials have been instructed to hand over their duties to the Directors of Administration in their respective local government areas.

While appreciating their contributions to the state’s education sector, the government extended its best wishes to the outgoing officials in their future endeavors.

Bala-Tafida also directed them to report to their previous offices.
