China’s embassy in Israel has announced that it will assist Chinese citizens who want to evacuate to leave in batches starting Friday, June 19.
The evacuation operation will transport Chinese nationals to the Taba Border Crossing in Egypt via bus, approximately 360 kilometers from Tel Aviv.
This decision comes as the Israel-Iran conflict continues to intensify, resulting in increased casualties and a heightened risk of further deterioration, according to the embassy.
The embassy warned that the situation remains volatile, and the possibility of further escalation cannot be ruled out.
The evacuation effort aims to ensure the safety of Chinese citizens in the region.
