The Department of State Services (DSS) has arraigned the embattled President of the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS), Atiku Abubakar Isah, at the Magistrate Court in Zone 6, Abuja, without notifying his legal representatives.

Isah, who was reportedly attacked and stripped naked by a rival NANS faction allegedly backed by Seyi Tinubu, son of President Bola Tinubu, was taken into custody and later brought before the court under controversial circumstances.
