A Federal High Court in Abuja has scheduled judgment for November 20 in the terrorism trial of Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB).
Justice James Omotosho set the date after Kanu failed to open his defense, having exhausted the six days allocated to him by the court.
The judge noted that Kanu cannot claim to have been denied his right to fair hearing, as he failed to utilize the opportunity granted to him.
