The Nigerian military’s Operation Hadin Kai has arrested two suspected high-profile collaborators of Boko Haram in Biu, Borno state.
Dattiwa Ali and Jidda Abdullahi were apprehended at Miringa Market on March 15, following credible intelligence.
The operation, carried out by 231 Tank Battalion with local hunters, recovered two mobile phones, two wristwatches, and a RAM module.
The suspects are in military custody for further investigation.
This comes after the apprehension of two ISWAP informants in Kaga LGA on March 19. The military continues efforts to disrupt Boko Haram’s activities in the region.
