Under the leadership of Victor Oko-Jumbo, the Rivers State House of Assembly is set to conduct screenings for eight new nominees for commissioner positions.

These nominees, put forth by Governor Siminalayi Fubara, reflect the governor’s ongoing commitment to bolster his administration. The screening which is scheduled to commence at 10:00 am marks the second exercise conducted under Oko-Jumbo’s leadership. Last week’s session resulted in the successful screening and confirmation of Dagogo Iboroma, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), as the Commissioner for Justice and Attorney General of the state.
