Tragedy struck in Ondo State as the Secretary to the State Government, Hon. Tayo Oluwatuyi, popularly known as “Tukana”, succumbed to injuries sustained in a recent auto crash.

According to sources, Oluwatuyi passed away on Saturday while receiving treatment at a hospital within the state.
