Ojajuni, a prominent advocate for youth empowerment and development in Nigeria, is widely respected for his contributions to national progress. The Afenifere National Youths Council has called on Nigerian authorities to take immediate action to secure his safe release. “We call on the Nigerian authorities to take immediate action to ensure Prince Ojajuni’s safe release. We also appeal to the general public to provide any information that may lead to his rescue,” the statement added.

A source within the group confirmed to newsmen that Ojajuni was shot twice during the kidnapping. “The kidnap happened on February 17. They shot the President twice, and he has bullet wounds. They are saying N100 million or nothing,” the source revealed. However, it remains unclear if there were any other casualties or injuries during the incident.

The kidnapping has sparked outrage and renewed concerns about the rising insecurity in Nigeria, particularly in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja. The Afenifere National Youths Council has vowed to continue advocating for Ojajuni’s safe return and for the safety and security of all Nigerians.
