Campbell Scott, a 58-year-old Scottish businessman, was found dead in a forest 60 miles from Nairobi, Kenya’s capital. His body was discovered in a sack of pineapples, with his hands bound.

The Kenyan police have released images of three men wanted in connection with his murder: Benard Mbunga Mbusu, Samuel Musembi Kamitu, and Alphonse Munyao Kilewa, also known as “Edu”.

Scott, a senior director at the credit scoring firm Fico, had been attending a conference at the JW Marriott Hotel in Nairobi.

He went missing after visiting a nightclub, and his body was later found in Makongo Forest.

The investigation has led to several arrests, including two men accused of using Scott’s bank cards to withdraw money.

The Kenyan police believe that Scott visited a house belonging to one of the suspects, where he was killed.

The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) has asked Interpol to help track Scott’s mobile phone and debit and credit card transactions.

A post-mortem examination proved inconclusive, with pathologists stating that the injuries sustained by Scott were too minor to have caused his death. Samples have been submitted for toxicology testing.
