Nigerian President Bola Ahmed Tinubu held a telephone conversation with the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Dick Schoof, at the State House in Abuja on Wednesday.
The discussion was confirmed by Tinubu’s Special Assistant on Social Media, Dada Olusegun, who shared a statement on his X handle.
This recent call may be part of ongoing efforts to strengthen economic ties between Nigeria and the Netherlands, following a previous meeting between Tinubu and the former Dutch Prime Minister, Mark Rutte, in April 2024, where they discussed enhancing trade opportunities and partnerships in sectors like agriculture, water management, and port management.
