Nigeria’s Super Eagles will arrive in Fés, Morocco, on Thursday ahead of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON).
The players and their officials are scheduled to depart Cairo for the Moroccan city on a chartered flight, after setting up camp in the Egyptian capital on Sunday as part of their tournament preparations.

As part of their build-up, the Super Eagles will face the Pharaohs of Egypt in a pre-AFCON friendly at the Cairo International Stadium on Wednesday night.
The three-time African champions have been drawn in Group C, where they will face Tanzania, Tunisia, and Uganda.
Nigeria will open their campaign against Tanzania, before taking on Tunisia, the 2004 hosts and champions, on Saturday, December 27, and will conclude the group stage against Uganda on Tuesday, December 30.
All of Nigeria’s group matches will be played at the Complexe Sportif de Fés.
