The Nigeria Women’s National Team, Super Falcons have dropped two places from the Latest Ranking Released by the World Football Governing Body, FIFA on Friday.
Nigeria went down two places from the rankings, going from 32nd to 34th position but still maintained their lead as the number one team in Africa. In the African rankings, the Super Falcons of Nigeria are followed by reigning African champions, South Africa who moved one place up the world rankings to 51st. The Nine

North African Country, Morocco are third on the continent, occupying the 58th position in the world. The Copper Queens of Zambia are one of the biggest movers as they move five spots to the 65th position.

World champions, Spain retained their lead in the global rankings, followed by England, France, USA, Germany, Sweden, Japan, Netherlands, Canada and Brazil who occupied the second position to the tenth position in the rankings.

The next FIFA/Coca-Cola Women’s World Ranking will be published on the 14th of June 2024.
