Bala Mohammed on Wednesday held a closed-door meeting with top leaders of the All Progressives Congress at the Government House in Bauchi.
The meeting was attended by the party’s National Chairman, Nentawe Yilwatda, and the Governor of Kano State, Abba Yusuf.

Sources indicated that the meeting was restricted to the three political figures, with state party executives excluded, while members of the media were also barred from covering the engagement.
Both Governor Mohammed and Yilwatda declined to speak with journalists after the meeting, describing it as a private visit.
The development comes a day after Mohammed signalled interest in joining the African Democratic Congress, following a visit by a delegation of the party led by former Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Babachir Lawal.
