CogniRep Strategies Holding Co., a corporate reputation and media transparency firm focused on US-Africa commercial partnerships, on Monday launched Nigeria’s first AI-powered Media Marketplace.

The launch introduces three new platforms designed to replace opacity in cross-border communications with verified data: AfriSense AI, the Corporate Trust Index, and the Clean Media Marketplace. The company says the goal is to strengthen institutional confidence and reduce friction in trade between the United States and Africa.

For decades, business and government engagement across the corridor has been slowed by unverified media coverage and a lack of reliable institutional intelligence, according to CogniRep. The new ecosystem is built to close those gaps for businesses, governments, and global institutions.

Three platforms at the core

AfriSense AI: A proprietary intelligence engine that provides real-time, cross-border media monitoring and sentiment analytics tailored specifically to African markets.

The Corporate Trust Index: A data-driven benchmark that evaluates institutional integrity, governance, and transparency compliance for entities engaged in cross-continental commerce.

The Clean Media Marketplace: A transparent, verified platform that connects organizations with credible media channels to reduce opacity and transactional friction in cross-border communications.

CogniRep says pairing these analytics tools with strategic communications will help partners lower transactional risk and back public narrative with evidence, allowing economic potential to translate into sustained partnership.

“As a way to honor media practitioners, we have reached out to selected media organizations in Nigeria to join the Clean Media Marketplace as Pilot Publishers,” said Mr. AbdulRasheed Ajibade Abubakar, CEO of CogniRep Strategies Holding Co.

He added: “We built COGNIREP to answer the only question that matters: Do people actually trust your brand, or are they just tolerating it? Our AI doesn’t just count mentions; it understands context. It knows that a ‘cooked’ brand is in crisis, while a brand with ‘steeze’ is winning market share.”
