Peregrino stated that the lecture aimed to keep his mother’s legacy alive and provide an opportunity for people to reflect on Islamic teachings.

He encouraged participants to apply the lessons of Ramadan to their daily lives.

Guest speaker Sheikh Yaqub Adisa delivered a lecture titled “Retribution,” emphasizing that every action has consequences.

He urged citizens and leaders to conduct themselves with divine accountability, noting that many societal challenges stem from forgetting that they will be held accountable for their actions.

Adisa stressed that individuals and leaders should be mindful of their decisions and actions, as they will ultimately face the outcome of their deeds.

Special prayers were offered for the late Alhaja Dosumu and for peace and progress in Nigeria.
