Gunmen struck in Ibadan on Wednesday morning, kidnapping a woman and her twin children during the school run.

The attack happened in Elewura, Challenge area. The mother was driving her Kia Sonata with the children when armed men blocked her path and forced her out at gunpoint. Witnesses say the kidnappers fired several shots into the air to scatter residents and passers-by before driving off with the victims in their own vehicle.
