35 Killed in Chad’s Intercommunal Clash

Thirty-five people were killed and six wounded in an intercommunal clash in Chad’s southwest province of Logone Occidental, according to a government spokesperson.

The incident occurred in a village on Wednesday, with security forces quickly intervening to control the situation before a delegation arrived to provide support to those affected.
