According to eyewitnesses, the attackers entered the house around 12:30 pm, remaining inside for hours without detection.

The victims’ family struggled to break into the bathroom where one of the wives had locked herself, only to find her dead. A jerrycan of petrol was found at the scene, with evidence suggesting the fire was deliberately set.

Police spokesperson CSP Abdullahi Haruna Kiyawa confirmed the incident, stating that investigations are ongoing. Residents of Tudun Yola remain shocked and fearful following the brutal attack.
